Pistachio Amulet SamsaThe sherbet in a solid state, which is made by adding starch made with must (molasses) obtained from gabarcık vineyards, which is grown in Maraş region, is concentrated, and the sherbet in solid form is called hapisa. These piles are laid on cloth sheets with a wooden trowel and grape leather is obtained. From the fresh form of this grape pulp, the local people grind or pull the pistachio and wrap it in the form of an amulet to make a pistachio amulet. It is a great flavor as a healthy snack.
