The famous squeezed cheese of our Maraş has a delicious taste and is also a great burden for our mothers. Because winter cheeses were procured from remote villages, when they could not fit in the houses, there was a suitable place in the icehouses despite the lack of space and they would be stored there under difficult conditions one winter.
Our cheeses are cooked and you can consume the amount of your food by soaking in hot water for 2-4 minutes.
